Jennifer Heiden
Jen has worked at KinderCare since May 2003. She started as a kindergarten teacher and then became an assistant director before taking on the role of center director in December 2006. Prior to working at KinderCare, Jen attended Illinois State University, where she worked in a child care center while obtaining a bachelors degree in psychology and a masters degree in child life. She also completed a child life internship at Evanston Hospital.
